(LOUISVILLE, Ky.) – The Catholic Education Foundation of the Archdiocese of Louisville (the “Foundation”) today announced a dramatically expanded raffle event that will provide even more tuition assistance funding for Catholic school students in need when they return to school in the fall.
The second annual online bourbon raffle is available on the Foundation’s website, www.ceflou.org, through May 31, with a live drawing to be held on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. Raffle tickets will sell for $100 each, with a limit of 2,500 tickets to be sold. Tickets can also be purchased by accessing the accompanying QR code. The full inventory of these special rare bourbons can be viewed on the Foundation’s website.
Foundation President Richard A. Lechleiter exclaimed, “In our first bourbon raffle last year, we featured 17 rare bourbons in five lots, so you had five chances to win for each ticket you bought. This year, we’re featuring 96 rare bourbons in 20 lots. Guess what! Now you get 20 chances to win for every ticket you buy – are you kidding me??”
“The Foundation extends its deep thanks to those who have helped build this off-the-charts raffle prize, including Matt and Sherry Ott, Pat and Jeannie Donovan, and the Foundation Board of Directors. You folks are THE BEST!!”
So come aboard and join the fun before the raffle sells out! And together with you, we can say to every Catholic school family in need, “The Answer is Yes!”
