Charlie and Lisa Dahlem established a permanent endowment, the Bernard Asman and Debby Blair Dahlem Memorial Fund, to celebrate the lives of two extraordinary people who loved their family, their friends and community. Bernie and Debby had four children – Karen Dahlem (Ken), Blair Ivins (DeWitt), Charlie Dahlem (Lisa), and Jim Dahlem (Cathy). Guided by their Catholic faith, they worked to instill the same values in each of them. Additionally, Bernie and Debby graciously gave their time and treasure to others who they did not know hoping they too might have the opportunity for an education and the blessed life that they had with each other. Earnings from this fund will support the Catholic Education Foundation’s annual tuition assistance for children who desire the gift of a Catholic Education.
